Dewey Beach Championship is "A Fitness Competition for Good". We use this tagline because it is unlike most other CrossFit events in that it raises money for charity. This year, DBC is benefiting Operation Underground Railroad (OUR).

OUR's mission is to shine a light worldwide on the global issue of child trafficking and exploitation, and in so doing rescue more children from slavery and assist law enforcement to seek justice for those who violate children. They also place survivors on a path to recovery by partnering with vetted aftercare providers. To date, OUR has assisted in rescuing and supporting thousands of survivors in 30 countries and all 50 US states.

Our goal for Dewey Beach Championship 2023 is to raise $50,000+ for Operation Underground Railroad.

I'm extremely proud of our gym, CrossFit Wheelhouse, for hosting this event and hope you'll join us in making a difference!
